Mission Statement
To advocate for and promote responsible management practices in Ontario’s short term rental industry by sharing knowledge and developing best practices, to provide an optimal experience for guests, owners, and neighbours, while contributing to the economic sustainability of the stakeholders and municipalities in which we operate.
The Ontario Cottage Rental Managers Association (OCRMA) is a registered Not for Profit Corporation. Governed by a Board of Directors:

Zehr Insurance Brokers Ltd.
Zehr Cottage Plus is the preferred and recommended insurance program by the Ontario Cottage Rental Managers Association which provides rental management to over 1,000 cottages across Ontario.
Referrals from the OCRMA will receive a 10% discount on Cottage PLUS policies insured through Heartland Farm Mutual on the Cottage PLUS program.
